Young people substance misuse service

This feedback project was completed to:

• create an overview of the current service
• gain the views of the people who use the service
• support the re-procurement of the service

Most respondents found the service:

• easy to use
• felt listened to by staff
• offered them helpful information and advice
• supported them to have better relationships with family and friends after accessing the service
• improved their self-confident after accessing the service
• supported some to make positive changes and avoid relapse

The information gathered was used to evidence impact and identify any themes. We also developed recommendations for the proposed Substance Misuse Treatment, Recovery and proposed Family Support service.
