Online update on consultation feedback, key themes and emerging commitments as part of early masterplan development.

Stage 3: Emerging masterplan
This was our second consultation showing how the main principles and key issues have informed the early masterplanning outputs, identifying how constraints have been addressed and outline opportunities to deliver new homes, employment and infrastructure as part of a new sustainable neighbourhood.

Stage 4: Detailed masterplan
Consultation on the updated illustrative masterplan taking into account feedback from previous consultation and engagement, as well as the proposed building phases.

Stage 5: Final scheme exhibition
Community exhibition event to outline the changes made to the proposals for West of Ifield ahead of submission.
