Introduction
Since Homes England took ownership of the Lodge Hill and Chattenden Military Camps in 2018, we have considered if those parts of the site that were built on previously could be brought back into use.
We have identified the land formerly utilised by Chattenden Barracks as having potential to be brought back into use and make a positive contribution to Chattenden.
We have worked with stakeholders to develop our understanding of the site and wider area and how proposals could be beneficial to the needs and aspirations of the local community.
