Character area: River Valley

Overview

River Valley is West of Ifield's new employment hub. Accessible from the Crawley Western Multi-Modal Corridor and set alongside the country park, it would provide a gateway to the countryside beyond. 

River Valley extends to 59ha and is the home of the Grove Sports Hub, a Country Park, wetland, and wet and dry grassland.

To complement the natural setting, the height of employment buildings near River Valley Park will be limited to 1-2 storeys.
